Full Event Planning

Our event planning services start with taking the time to understand what you really want. We will connect you with the right vendors, and together we will plan an event to remember.

Event Consultation

If you have questions about an event that you are planning, we can help with that as well. We offer consultations on venue contracts, scheduling, and permitting.

Day of Coordinating

Sometimes you just need a little extra help tying up al the loose ends, and that's why we are here. We can be with you from the rehearsal to the end of your event to make your day stress free and memorable.

Day of Coordination

-Initial consultation and venue visit

-Services start 2-3 months before date of wedding

-Unlimited scheduled phone conversations

-Local on-site support with vendors

-Create and oversee timeline of events, announcements, and traditions (wedding party entrance, first dance, toasts, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss)

-Organize wedding rehearsal and lineups with officiant -Go over all “drop off” items for setup the next day

-Coordinate with onsite venue coordinator

-Help ease any and all stress for the day

-Coordinate all rental items

-Manage transportation schedule and guests pickups/drop-offs

-Set up items at ceremony location

-Set up items at venue

-Coordinate setup for girls getting ready

-Assist gentlemen getting ready and assist with boutonnieres

-Work with your entertainment on timing for evening

-Be a support for the bridal party and family for any needs

-Distribute vendor tips and final payments

-Depart @ end of event once all logistics have been covered

-Unlimited scheduled phone conversations

-Local on-site support with vendors

-Budget management

-Recommendations for all vendors along with contract, quote retrieval and pricing negotiations

-Assistance with hotel room blocks

-Assistance with catering and beverage menus

-Assistance with design, theme and venue selection

-Assistance with seating arrangement and floor plans

-Scheduling and meeting with for bridal and vendor appointments
